Blog evaluations!

Hui Min’s blog(http://21005foonghuimin.blogspot.com/) is simple and easily comprehensible. She tracked her diet and presented her 3 day diet in a neat and easy to read table. She even included the number of calories she consumed each day as well as the amount of saturated fat in the unhealthy dish that she had consumed. She analyzed her diet, and after doing so she tried to modify and change her diet in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle, such as by reducing the amount of fat that she consumes. She modifying an unhealthy dish that she had consumed in order to make it healthier for consumption by lowering the amount of fat used to prepare it.  Her modified dish looks and sounds appealing, while being much healthier than its original version. However, I feel that Hui Min could have been more precise in certain parts of the 3 day tracked diet, such as provided more precise quantities of the food that she had consumed.

Sher Ting(http://210chimsherting.blogspot.com/) analyzed her 3 day diet and recorded it in tables with precise quantities, with the analysis for each days diet shown clearly below each days diet track. This enables the reader to be able to easily understand what her diet is like and to know what she has consumer. She understands that her diet is not healthy as it contains high amounts of fat and salt and strives to improve it by improving dishes in order for them to contain less salt and fat, so that she may lower her fat and sodium intake. Her modified dish is inexpensive to prepare and is easy to prepare.

Natalie’s(http://21012nataliekoh.blogspot.com/) 3 day diet is very detailed, with most quantities of the food that she has consumed being very precise. However she should continue and do this for all items that she has included in the 3 day diet. Her 3 day diet even includes comments on the foods that she should not have consumed due to them being unhealthy, and why she should not have consumed them. Natalie’s healthy meal is enticing and should appeal to many. From her choice of this fruit salad, it can be seen that she has learnt and understood the importance of having nutrients and vitamins in our daily diets. Natalie’s blog is simple and to the point allowing the reader to be able to understand easily.
